What to include in a report

  • The product or article URL.
  • The exact field that appears incorrect.
  • The proposed value and the market or variant it applies to.
  • A manufacturer, distributor or retailer source that supports the change.

Correction process

  1. Reproduce the issue in the stored record.
  2. Check the model and regional variant against the strongest available source.
  3. Update or withhold the field; never fill a gap by guessing.
  4. Run automated consistency and rendering tests before deployment.

Submit a correction

Send the report to info@underonerooof.com. Corrections are reviewed against the strongest available source before the public record is changed.
